Used this cleaners for 4.5 years and was relatively happy. I guess the test of a good dry cleaners comes when they ruin or loose something. They lost a pair of my husbands good italian wool dress slacks, About $100 at Nordys. They treated me horribly, no customer service whatsoever. Accused me of not taking the pants to them in the 1st place! Who would do that? Another lady reported that they treated her like garbage when loosing one of her garments. Steer Clear of this Dry Cleaners.
